Schiaparelli Peking Glass Cabochon Necklace, Bracelet & Earrings Set

Domed Peking glass cabochons and amber gold rhinestones in a gold-plated collar, with the matching link bracelet and clip earrings. Peking glass takes its color through the body rather than at the surface, which is why these cabochons read as deep rather than bright, and why the set looks richer than its materials have any right to. All of the pieces are signed with the Schiaparelli mark on the reverse, and the earrings additionally carry a Pat. Pend. mark on the clip. The necklace is 16.5 inches and adjusts down to 13, at 1 1/8 inches wide; the bracelet is 7.25 inches long and 3/4 inch wide, complete with its safety chain; the earrings are 7/8 inch wide and 1 inch tall. Very good vintage condition, with age-appropriate wear to the gold plate on the reverse that does not affect how it wears.
