Lanvin Paris Red, White & Blue Striped Lucite Pendant & Earrings Set

Lanvin in the 1960s and 70s helped define what the era looked like, and this set is that moment in miniature: red, white and blue striped Lucite pendants on a long chain, with matching clip earrings. Bold, graphic, and unmistakably of its time. The pendant is signed on the reverse with the iconic Lanvin Paris mark and a copyright; the earrings are unsigned. On condition we would rather be specific than vague: it is very good vintage, with some marks to the Lucite from age and wear, and a slight tilt to the metal fitting at the top of the pendant. We cannot tell whether Lanvin intended that tilt as a design element or whether it moved over the decades, but the Lucite is firmly in place either way. One earring clip has been reglued and is also firm. The chain is 31 inches; the pendants are 1.5 inches wide and 4.25 inches tall including the bale; the earrings are 1.25 inches across.
