A late-1950s or early-1960s Crown Trifari collar necklace with its matching link bracelet, in a polished mixed-metal gold-tone finish filled with pavé Swarovski crystal rhinestone. The craftsmanship announces itself the moment you pick it up: the weight, the articulation, the way the pavé runs unbroken around the curve. It came out of a North Shore Chicago estate, and it is not hard to picture it being shown to a customer on a velvet Trifari pad at Marshall Field's flagship on State Street. Both pieces are signed with the Crown Trifari mark and a copyright. The necklace is approximately 17 inches long and 7/8 inch wide; the bracelet is 7 inches long and 7/8 inch wide. Excellent vintage condition.
