A two- and three-strand faux pearl necklace in a gold-plated finish, set with ruby red, sapphire blue and emerald green cabochons for a frankly regal effect. This is Moghul Jewels of India, most likely from Trifari's 1957 Maharajah collection. It is signed on the clasp with the Crown Trifari mark of the 1950s, without a copyright, which places it before the mark changed. The necklace is 19 inches long and adjusts to 22; the center pendant is 1 inch wide and 1 3/8 inches tall. Excellent condition.
